Performance Development Specialist

Veriff is actively hiring a Performance Development Specialist to join our Operations team in its new São Paulo office!

The Operations team is at the core of Veriff. We are the humans behind the scenes safeguarding online identities and stopping fraud. We provide reliable and confidential identity verification services to businesses worldwide. Although spread across multiple locations, our team is unified on a shared purpose.

As the Performance Development Specialist, you’ll measure your success by improving inefficiencies and fostering a strong engagement and development culture within the Operations team. You will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency, onboarding new team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to create new performance standards. You’ll help us protect honest people online by:  

• Building the leading global identity verification solution
• Deep diving into the inefficiencies that exist within the Operations division
• Analyzing and proposing improvements that foster continuous learning and development
• Applying performance management methodologies 
• Working alongside stakeholders within Veriff to maintain and improve Operations KPIs

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
• Data-driven with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctual, independent, proactive and quick to get things done
• Solution-oriented, driven by understanding the “why” to figure out the “how”
• Eager to learn about our Verification product and processes
• Able to identify, create and apply processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experiences with the aim to achieve project objectives
• People-oriented with strong personal interest towards performance management, recognition and people development related topics
