GDPR is the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation that foresees rules on handling personal data in a lawful manner that respects individual’s rights to privacy.

Privacy matters to our business. Veriff´s privacy program has been developed by Veriff´s security and compliance teams. 

We continuously improve our internal compliance processes to meet our clients’ privacy requirements and to adjust with the changing privacy landscape around the world. 

We have developed our data privacy framework as per GDPR requirements.

Veriff is compliant with GDPR requirements. We have put in place a compliance framework, which covers the different policies and operating procedures that contributes to assure compliance with the GDPR requirements. 

As per our standards, we are ensuring our employees have full adherence to those requirements, enforcing the effective application via training and internal auditing. 

Each division in Veriff is annually audited by Veriff's Data Protection Officer to assess the previous year’s overall compliance with the GDPR. 

The audit results in an action plan for additional measures to be taken by Veriff to improve the compliance with the GDPR are introduced to company level stakeholders. 

Veriff also processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
