What business problems did Veriff solve for Deel?

Deel has been using Veriff for over three years, during which it has experienced spectacular growth. As part of its offering to businesses, Deel needed to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify the identity of employees being onboarded or paid by their clients and prevent fraud. Prior to partnering with Veriff, Deel was primarily completing these KYC reviews manually. However, once weekly KYC volumes surpassed 25 individuals, Deel needed to implement a far more robust and automated solution that could scale rapidly with the business.

By partnering with Veriff, Deel was able to add a vital layer of safety and security to its online platform. Our identity verification (IDV) software enabled Deel to swiftly and securely verify people worldwide on behalf of its clients, while automatically detecting manipulated or false documents to protect against fraudulent users.
